Course Completion Letter Request

For self-paced courses, you will need to indicate when you finished the material and you will need to send all of your assignments to [email protected] You will not receive feedback on the assignments but they are required to show that you completed the self-paced course.
The standard letter includes the title of the course, when you took it, a brief description of what you learned, and acknowledgment that you successfully completed the course. If the letter must include additional information, such as the cost of the course, describe that information in the space above. If no further information is needed, leave this section blank.
