All students and instructors are expected to abide by our Kindness Policy. You may be administratively withdrawn from a class if you fail to meet the standards of interaction outlined there.
All sales are final. If Club Ed cancels a class for any reason, we will authorize a refund of the price the student paid for the class within two business days. We cannot guarantee how long it will take for your bank to process and post the refund, but please let us know if it doesn’t happen within ten business days.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the class, please get in touch with Club Ed (ResortDirector@ClubEdFreelancers.com) and we will try to make it right.
All information is based on the instructor’s knowledge, experience, and research. We do not promise that students will have satisfactory results using the materials, methods, and techniques offered in any class.
Club Ed is located in the United States and abides by US laws and by the laws of the State of California. None of the information provided at Club Ed is intended to be construed as legal or financial advice.
Our liability for any class is limited to refunding the cost of the class for unsatisfied customers.
